How much does shipping cost?

We automatically select the correct shipping option to ensure your items arrive to you by 8pm on your chosen delivery date. Standard ground shipping is always free. If you need an order a little more quickly, we’re happy to help. You’ll see the applicable shipping charges after entering your delivery date and address in checkout.

Can I ship internationally?

Unfortunately, we only ship within the United States, excluding Hawaii and Alaska.

Is a signature required for delivery?

We know your recipient has a busy life, so we never require delivery signatures. If you have special delivery instructions or requests, give us a call at 800-418-8509.

Can I select a specific delivery date?

Yes, we want to make your gifting experience absolutely perfect, so we work hard to ensure that your gift will arrive on the date of your choosing. You will select your delivery date during the checkout process.

Do you ship to PO boxes?

We don’t ship to PO boxes at this time. Please enter a valid residence, company or hotel address for a successful delivery.

How will my gift be packaged?

What is your return policy?

We’ll accepts returns within 30 days of your purchase.  Contact us by email, chat or phone and we’ll provide a return shipping label to return or exchange your items. Please note that edible items are non-returnable, as well as any shipping or processing fees incurred.
